Service Description

Prenatal sessions (2 or 3 as needed) -By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. As your doula I will be meeting with you and your partner to explore and discuss your priorities, as well as any fears and concerns. We will discuss your preferences for pain management and the use of pain medications. I will inform you of possible labor options and encourage you to educate yourself about these options as I assists you in developing your birth plan. We will go over the childbirth process, different stages of labor, and comfort measures. The prenatal sessions are designed to help you become informed and confident about your pregnancy and the childbirth process, as well as build a trusting relationship with your doula.
